Program (ICP)
UCP seeks Offshore Partners to
expand investment capacity through the Inbound Capital Program (ICP).
UCP’s objective is to work closely
and transparently with its offshore partners to aggregate a pool of capital
of not less than A$200m (Target Capital Pool).
Potential investors include
established investment and pension funds, private family offices,
corporations and high net
worth individuals. UCP is also processing high net worth businessmen seeking to participate in the new visa pathway
program announced by the Australian Government in November 2012.

Pathway Scheme
The purpose of the Australian
Government program is to attract high net worth individuals to Australia as
a means of boosting the Australian economy.
To be eligible for permanent
residency a business investor must spend $5m over 4 years.
How the $5m may be deployed in
Australia is subject to government regulation and must be allocated to
specified sectors. These include direct investment into Australian
companies.
UCP’s role
We have an designed a successful
investment platform, called the Australian Enterprise Program (AEP) (refer
to separate AEP summary documentation).
The AEP offers suitable structures
for customed private investment company structures, and also for Visa Pathway investments.
The AEP provide specialised investor exit and capital
protection features.
